We apologise for all the small print, but we are required by law to include the following Terms and Conditions for all transactions made on www.pugliashoponline.com.

www.pugliashoponline.com is run by Compra Una Srl an Italian Limited company.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

By purchasing through this website you agree you are 18 years old and are the account/credit card holder used for the purchase.

Compra Una Srl takes no responsability for persons misusing this site.

Please make sure you:

- Read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website as your use of the website will signify your agreement to be bound by them.

1. General
1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1.2 If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.

2. Order process
2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 When the “Add to Cart” button is pressed this will take you from our site to the PayPal site, which handles the order and payment process on our behalf, or to the Pay by Bank Transfer information. Following this, an email will be sent to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
2.3 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and you are therefore advised to print out these terms and conditions together with the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please contact us.
2.4 All goods are subject to availability and in the event that we are unable to supply you with your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2.5 On occasion the product specification may change. If this does happen, we will do our best to contact you to offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality, at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement item offered to you, we you refund you for the original unavailable item.

3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. Shipping is currently provided by the Mail Boxes Etc., using UPS when shipping abroad.  Please note that we have no control over the conditions in which our products are stored once they have left our premises, but have assurances as to their best packing and transport. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and we cannot be held for responsible for delays outside of our control.
3.2 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

4. Payment
4.1 We take payment via PayPal at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
4.3 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
4.5 All prices include IVA (Italian VAT where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.

4.6 Currency Conversion on the website is a guide. The base price is Euro and local currency may differ depending on charges and exchange rates applied by your payment method. Compra Una Srl cannot be held resonsible for differing exchanges rates applied.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.2 All sizes and weights are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors (as appropriate). You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors (as appropriate). The content of this website (including without limitation any text, video, audio, audio-visual materials and graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as stated below.

7.2 Subject to Section 7.1 above, www.pugliashoponline.com will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind (whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise) regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server from which it is made available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. www.pugliashoponline.com will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
7.3 Subject to Section 7.1 above, other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set out at Section 5 above, any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
7.4 Subject to Section 7.1 above, www.pugliashoponline.com will not be liable whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any:
economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
loss of goodwill or reputation; or
special or indirect losses suffered; or
incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
7.5 Notwithstanding the above, subject to Section 7.1 www.pugliashoponline.com aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same cause.
7.6 This clause 7 does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
7.7 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Italy and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Italy. Italian is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
8.2 PayPal processes all debit, credit and charge card payments for customers who use the service and will retain a handling fee from the transaction value. The remaining amount will be paid to Compra Una Srl, owners of www.pugliashoponline.com, for the goods and services supplied. The total amount payable by all customers regardless of the means of payment will be the same, as Compra Una Srl will be incurring the cost of the handling fee on your behalf.
8.3 www.pugliashoponline.com and Compra una Srl shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused, whether directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.4 To provide increased value to our customers, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for:
i.  the privacy practices of such websites,
ii. the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources or
iii. the use to which others make of these websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services available on such external websites or resources.

8.6 www.pugliashoponline.com and Compra Una Srl. reserves the right to transfer, assign, novate or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any of its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related contract to any third party.
8.7 If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Refunds and Returns Policy
This policy only applies to goods purchased via our online store.

1. Damaged in Transit Items.

All our items are carefully packed by hand, but should your order be damaged whilst in transit, please contact us at info@pugliashoponline.com explaining the situation. We will then either replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you or refund you the cost of the damaged goods. This will be at our discretion and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to ask you to either return the damaged items (at our expense) or provide additional evidence of the damage such as a photograph, before a refund or replacement is sent out.

2. Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods to www.pugliashoponline.com for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, we will only issue a refund if:

• The goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition.

• The goods are returned to us within 5 days of receipt of the original order in the original retail packaging that they were dispatched in.

Any refunds made will only be for the goods returned and not for delivery charges incurred for the original delivery. You will be responsible for all delivery costs incurred in returning the goods to www.pugliashoponline.com, as detailed below.

3. Delivery Charges and Other Services

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or the goods are damaged in transit, we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you at no further cost, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available.

In all other circumstances where www.pugliashoponline.com is not at fault, then the delivery charges will be you responsability. You are stronlgy advised to insure that any items you would like to return are sent via a courier who will provide you with a tracking number for your package.
